NIIT Ltd reported a 14.2 per cent fall in net profit at ₹10.3 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal compared with ₹12 crore for the corresponding period in the last fiscal.
Net revenue fell 0.7 per cent to ₹260.4 crore in the second quarter this year from ₹262.4 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
“During the quarter, Corporate Learning Solutions (CLS) recorded net revenues of ₹124.8 crore, up 26 per cent year-on-year. Managed Training Services (MTS) continued to grow by contributing 88 per cent to the total CLS revenue,” the company said in a statement.
Individual Learning Solutions recorded net revenue of ₹100.4 crore in Q2, with ‘Beyond-IT’ enrolments growing 23 per cent year-on-year. NIIT flagship centres recorded a 25 per cent year-on-year growth in Rev GNIIT enrolments in Q2, the statement added.
