PETALING JAYA: Cuepacs president Datuk Azih Muda has welcomed the move by the Customs Depart­ment to rotate its officers, including those with high ranks, saying it will help address negative perceptions of corruption in the public sector.

He said the Malaysian Anti-Corrup­tion Commission (MACC) had in the past proposed that public servants in “sensitive” jobs, such as in Customs, should consider enforcing a five-year posting limit after which they must be sent to other places.
