Industries to now receive surplus load
DHBVN has decided to release Gurgaon and Manesar’s surplus power as additional load, which industrial consumers have been demanding for over four months.
GURGAON: DHBVN has decided to release Gurgaon and Manesar’s surplus power as additional load, which industrial consumers have been demanding for over four months. DHBVN director (operations) V K Chaudhary said this additional load will be released from Manesar’s new substation and other existing ones, after demand fell over past the few days with a easing in the weather.
“Many industrial consumers had sent applications this year for sanction of additional load. The request to release additional power was on hold as the substations were already overloaded,” he said.
