Farhan says, “When I began singing for Bollywood films, I got many offers to act as well, but I refused all of them. I was also offered a role by Mithun Chakraborty in his upcoming project, but at that time I wasn’t comfortable and didn’t take up the offer. But now, after making my acting debut in a Pakistani serial, mujhe confidence hai ki main ab Bollywood main act kar sakta hoon.”
When we asked about this shift from singing to acting, Farhan replies, “Acting was not at all planned. Bas mauka mila toh maine haan kar di. I was very nervous on day one on the sets, but my co-stars, Jawaid Sheikh and Saba Hamid, made me feel very comfortable during the shoot. Slowly mujhe maza aane laga, and now I feel more comfortable and relaxed.”
