Essar Ports has informed the BSE that it has received a certificate computing the floor price for its delisting proposal. The computation has been issued by MZSK & Associates, which was engaged by Essar Shipping & Logistics for this purpose. Based on the certificate, Essar Shipping & Logistics has informed Essar Ports that, in accordance with Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations, a floor price of ₹90.50 has been set for the delisting proposal.
