Paayel sarkar recently discovered flip-side manicure, and needless to say, the petite lady has taken a fancy to it. She got it done immediately and hasn't yet tired of showing them off. “Nail art is common, but this is something unique. I was supposed to get a temporary colour, but I loved the concept so much that I got a permanent colour.Actually, if you have long nails, the underside looks dirty as compared to the polished front side. I think this trend will catch up soon."
But what came as a surprise to us is that, of all the make-up items that frequesnt a lady's purse, its the nail-remover that has become the permanent fixture in Paayel's purse. "I have always loved nail paints. Since I am fair, all kinds of polishes suit me. But I especially love the pop colours which are so in right now. My favourite is neon orange. But these colours, when chipped even slightly, look horrendous. So I make sure I always carry nail-paint remover tissues or pads. I am very possessive about my nails," she said.
