Aanandhi in Vetri Maaran's 60-min film
We hear that Aanandhi, who debuted in Poriyaalan (as Rakshita), has been offered the female lead role in Vetri Maaran's next film, Visaranai, which is said to be a 60-minute feature film. The film has Dinesh (of Attakathi fame) playing the male lead and the director has already completed the first schedule of the film. Aanandhi, who has completed shooting for Kayal, directed by Prabhu Solomon, is likely to join the team for the next schedule, which has been planned for later this week.
Confirming the news, Vetri Maaran says, 'Yes, we are in talks with Aanandhi but she has not been finalized yet for the project. We will know in a couple of days.'
Vetri Maaran has planned Visaranias an experimental one-hour film. Ask him about this idea, and he says, 'The running time of the film will be one hour, but I have not yet decided on whether to have songs or not. It is a bit early to tell now.'
The director is planning to wrap up this film this month after which he is expected to shoot Soodhadi, which stars Dhanush in the lead.
