BayernLB to File Constitutional Complaint Over Hypo Alpe

Bayerische Landesbank will file a complaint at the constitutional court in Vienna over a special law that wiped out loans it had given to nationalized Austrian lender Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG.
BayernLB will inform about details of the complaint at a press conference in Munich tomorrow with Bavarian Finance Minister Markus Soeder, Chief Executive Officer Johannes-Joerg Riegler and Bavarian Savings Banks President Ulrich Netzer, it said in an e-mailed statement today.
