Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola

A political satire mixed with some dark humour, quirk and glamour failed to lure the audiences but we think it made for a god watch. Anushka Sharma and Imran Khan gave their best performances and Pankaj Kapur continued to raise the bar by giving us yet another engrossing performance. The film was funny and relevant in equal measure.

Saat Khoon Maaf

An adaptation of Ruskin Bond’s short story, Susanna's Seven Husbands, Saat Khoon Maaf was a unique film. Even though the film was called a drag, Priyanka’s performance and Vishal Bhardwaj’s excellent direction made it worth a watch. This dark comedy did not make it to the good books of the critics but it did bring in a new twist to our dramas. Sensitive, stirring and bold, 7 Khoon Maaf was top notch.
