Renu Desai is ready to act again

Actress Renu Desai was in Hyderabad for the official launch of the Telugu version of her maiden directorial venture Ishq Wala Love. Tipped to be a romantic entertainer, the film will mark the debut of her son Akira Nandan. Talking about her decision to cast Akira in the film Renu said, "I hadn't planned to launch Akira with this movie. It just happened to be so. There was very very small role in the film and it occurred to me that Akira would fit the bill perfectly.I thought it would be great to have my son make his onscreen debut with my first film as a director."
Renu Desai is also producing the movie under the Akira Films banner. Adinath Kothare and Sulagna Panigrahi are playing the lead roles in the movie.
The former wife of Pawan Kalyan also went on to say that she was ready to make a comeback as an actor again if an interesting role comes up. "Acting is my first love and if something interesting comes my way I will take it up. I'm open to acting again," added Renu Desai.
