The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) Nainital, Uttarakhand has invited applications for recruitment from eligible and interested candidates for its various posts of Research Associate & Senior Research Fellow.

Pay Scale:

For Post I - The selected candidates would get a pay scale of Rs 23000 per month.
For Post II - The selected candidates would get a pay scale of Rs 16000 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

The maximum age of the candidate should be 35 years and minimum should be 18 years. Relaxation in age would be provided as per the government rules.

Educational Qualification:

For post I - Eligible and interested candidates should have passed B.V.Sc & A.H with M.V.Sc in veterinary microbiology / veterinary pathology / veterinary medicine / animal biotechnology / animal biochemistry. Or MCA / M.Tech (Computer Science) / MSC (IT) with minimum one year of experience in software development.

For Post II - Ph.D / M.V. Sc / M.Sc in microbiology / biotechnology / biochecmistry

Selection Procedure:

An interview and a written test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
