Oil and gas company Buru Energy has bought the Yakka Munga pastoral station, about 100 kilometres east of Broome.
The 190,000 hectare station was listed for sale in August, after receiver KordaMentha was appointed.
Its lease includes the Ungani facility in the Canning Basin, where Buru is drilling for oil.
Buru Energy said after planned financing and lease management arrangements, the net impact of the transaction was about $3.5 million.
