SCHERM, PETER K. Age 63, passed away on September 2, 1014. Peter was born on December 16, 1950 in Bavaria, Germany. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1950 with his parents and sister. He lived in New York, was married for six years and then moved to Boston, MA. He then relocated to N.M. and has been a resident for the past 18 years. Peter, despite his handicap, was a gifted artist. He had a showing in Washington, DC and several in NYC. He was also a great photographer. Peter is survived by his loving sister, Marion Mlodynia and his nephews Albert Jr. and William. He will be greatly missed for his humor, talents, optimism and spiritual life. Peter was one of a kind. A mass will be held on Monday, October 13, 2014 at 8:15 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuq., NM.
