Velan Inc. (VLN.TO) reported net earnings for the second quarter of $5.1 million or $0.23 per share, compared to $4.9 million or $0.23 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Sales for the second quarter fell 8.1% to $110.9 million from $120.7 million a year ago.
