SPM school leavers who are vocationally inclined but do not do so well academically can now be equipped with the relevant technical skills, work experience with the launching of the Vocational Skills Employment Programme.
The collaborative programme between Penang Science Cluster Bhd (PSC), Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Malaysia (Samenta) and Fourier Technical Consultant (FTC) is aimed at creating more employment for local youths and to boost technological productivity in the state.
