At a press meet here, he said Mahadev Prasad repeatedly claiming before the media and people that Lok Ayuktha has absolved him of the charges and given a clean chit.
"But the fact is that Lok Ayuktha police in a 404 pages final investigation report has categorically stated that charges against minister under section 199 of the IPC has been established "he pointed out and said questioning the minister on the case and report filed by Lok ayuktha police.
