When a host as enigmatic as Amitabh Bachchan calls someone from the audience to shake a leg with him on the Kaun Banega Crorepati stage, one can hardly resist the invitation.

However, two babus from Chhattisgarh, who gave in to the tantalising Bachchan-calls, found themselves in messy waters after their dancing was over.

The two officials, additional chief secretary MK Raut and officer on special duty with the chief minister Vijay Sisodia, had to face brickbats for their jig with Bachchan. The officials, as per reports, had been joined on stage by their wives as well, during the shooting of an episode that was to be aired on October 12.

A few days after their stage-dance, Raut and Sisodia were at the receiving end of a reprimand notice for not maintaining decorum as officers. The babus had apparently landed themselves in a sticky spot, as far as the chief secretary of the state, Vivek Dhand, was concerned.

Meanwhile, there have been certain reports that have pinpointed the actual reason behind the babus' notice. Apparently, Raut and Sisodia had managed to get themselves extremely prime passes, that seated them right at the front.

In the process, the two had inched out several politicians towards the third and fourth rows at the stadium in Raipur where the KBC shoot had been taking place. And well, hell, as far as India is concerned, hath no fury like a politician scorned.

Complaints against the two dancing babus made their way right to the top, ending in sending the two serious notices. And as for now, only viewing the act of dancing with Bachchan is what the babus are left with - along with the notices and some grumpy faces.
