Vivek Oberoi walked the ramp for Maheka Mirpuri’s charity gala in Mumbai

Asit-down evening themed around the quaint paradise of Kashmir, complete with shikaras and lotuses was the premise of designer Maheka Mirpuri’s charity gala and fundraiser in aid of underprivileged cancer patients at the Tata Memorial Hospital.

As models sashayed in Maheka’s creations to the score of soulful renditions by Kavita Seth, art pieces by Laila Khan Furniturewalla, Subhash Awchat, Brinda Miller and Paul Bhonsle were auctioned, along with a resort stay in Maldives.
Those in attendance included Farhan Furniturewalla, Rajesh and Zeba Kohli, Mustafa and Rukhsana Eisa, Kadambari Lakhani, Hafeez and Pearl Contractor, Tara Sharma, Amrita Raichand, Tanaaz Doshi, Bharat Dabholkar, Bina Aziz, Farzana Contractor, Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh, Vikas and Puneeta Bhalla, Shaildenra and Harinder Singh, Rakesh and Rekha Jhunjhunwala, Avinash Bhonslay, Indu Shahani and Himalaya, among others.
