Amidst his hectic schedule, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah recently watched Gandhiji Kanasu at Renukamba theatre located at Malleswaram, Bangalore. According to sources, the chief minister watched the movie at 4:30pm. It is said that
Siddaramaiah was very impressed after watching the movie, which carries a strong message regarding sanitation and cleanliness. The movie, directed by
Ramesh S Paravaikar, has Roopika,
Rekha Das, Bank Janardhan,
Thimmapura and
Sanjay Mat in significant roles.
The film is said to be based on gandhian principles. One of the highlight of the movie is ministers H K Patil and S R Patil.
The film also has clippings of Siddaramiah’s speech in the beginning of the movie.
