Traffic curbs imposed at Hyderabad Eidgahs today

City police have imposed traffic restrictions at Mir Alam Tank and Balamrai Eidgahs in view of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) prayers on Monday.

HYDERABAD: City police have imposed traffic restrictions at Mir Alam Tank and Balamrai Eidgahs in view of Id-ul-Zuha (Bakrid) prayers on Monday.
As per the imposed restrictions at Mir Alam Tank Eidgah, the faithful proceeding towards the Idgah will be allowed to go via Puranapul, Kamatipura, Kishanbagh and Bahadurpura crossoad from 8 am to 9.30 am.
However, the general traffic will not be allowed to proceed towards Eidgah and the vehicles will be diverted at Bahadurpura crossoad towards Kishanbagh or Kamatipura from 8 am to 11 am.

All motorists and vehicles coming from Shivrampally towards the Mir Alam Eidgah for prayers will be allowed till 9.30 am. But the general traffic proceeding towards Bahadurpura crossroad will be diverted at Danamma Huts ‘T’ Junction towards Aliabad via Ansari road and Jahanuma boy’s town school from 8 am to 11 am.
The general traffic from Puranapul towards Shiva Temple will be diverted towards City College till the entire congregation disperses from Eidgah after prayers.
At Balamrai Eidgah in Secunderabad
The general traffic coming from CTO towards Idgah will be diverted from Rajeev Gandhi Statue towards Lee Royal Palace junction and Balamrai Checkpost between 9 am and 11.30 am.
Similarly the general traffic coming from Anna Nagar will be diverted at Balamrai Checkpost between 9 am and 11.30 am.
