Montsho awaits BAA hearing

Amantle Montsho is waiting for the Botswana Athletics Association (BAA) to inform her about the hearing into her doping case.

The 400m star was provisionally suspended after testing positive for a banned stimulant at this year’s Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Montsho’s lawyer, Tshiamo Rantao said the athlete has opted for a hearing. He, however, said investigations on how Montsho might have consumed the banned substance are still on.
