Car-bike collision claims 2 lives

PALANPUR: Two people were killed while six others were injured in a collision between a motorcycle and a car near Sami in Patan district on Thursday.
Sources said the accident took place at Muthali Tran Rasta some 3km from Sami. Narayan Prajapati of Moti Sandur village in Patan lost control over his bike when he tried to avoid hitting a cow and collided with a car. This led to the car driver also losing control over his vehicle, which overturned killing Soma Suthar of Sami village and injuring six others who were rushed to Dharpur hospital in Patan.
