SAN ANTONIO — New Jersey-based PIB Law has expanded into San Antonio, the law firm's sixth office and first in Texas.
Michael Goldberg has been named managing partner of the San Antonio office. He is a former senior in-house counsel for the consumer lending group at Wells Fargo & Co. and a one-time shareholder at Cox Smith.
The firm focuses on financial services litigation and regulatory matters confronting businesses.
