The 10 pop culture stories everybody's talking about today.

1. Malala Yousafzay was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize today. She is just 17, making her the youngest ever winner. Think about what you were doing at 17. Yeah…

2. Check that item off the "save the world" to-do list: Angelina Jolie now has a royal seal of approval from Queen Elizabeth for her work against sexual violence in war zones.

3. The NFL is fining San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick $10,000 for wearing a pair of Beats by Dre headphones during a post-game press conference. We're willing to bet he can pay the fine using the money from his Beats by Dre endorsement deal.

4. Kanye West is custom designing a diamond ring for his toddler daughter to wear on her wedding ring finger. Because he wants to be "the first man to put a ring on his little girl's finger." We just rolled our eyes so hard we may have thrown out our neck.

5. Some fool sneezed on a plane and then joked that he had Ebola. The plane was met by health officials in full hazmat gear and he was taken into custody. So we have another word you can't say on a plane.

6. Filipino actor/TV host Paolo Ballesterosmakes himself up to look like female celebrities and posts his before and after comparisons on Instagram, and his skills are undeniable. His Jennifer Lawrence is UNCANNY.

7. Reports say that Katy Perry will headline this year's Super Bowl halftime show. Ooh, that should be some great lip-syncing.

8. Somebody paid $37,000 at auction for some of Willie Nelson's old braids. The proceeds from the auction go to charity, sure, but what on earth would you DO with them after you bought them? Mount them on a wall plaque?

9. George Clooney made a surprise appearance to New York Comic Con to promote "Tomorrowland." Seems a bit like the class president unexpectedly dropping in on the biweekly Dungeons & Dragons Club get-together, right?

10. And because, Internet: a GIF to sum up how excited we are about fall.

Happy Friday! The arrival of the weekend definitely calls for a little Johnny Kemp.
