LSI Industries CEO Robert Ready To Resign; Names Dennis Wells COO

LSI Industries Inc. (LYTS) on Wednesday said its Chief Executive Officer Robert Ready will resign and take the interim title of Executive Chairman. Concurrently, the group also named Dennis Wells as its Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The company also said within six months, it expects to appoint Dennis Wells as the new chief executive.

Before joining LSI, Wells was COO at Glantz Dynamic Solutions, and his previous employers include Fulham, Inc., Acuity Brands Lighting, and Schneider Electric.

In addition, the company also said it will be stepping up its search for a Chief Technology Officer to complement the executive management team.
