Tollywood celebrates the legacy of Suchitra Sen

While Sayantika Banerjee, Monami Ghosh, Subhashree and Rimjhim Mitra shook a leg to some hit numbers from Suchitra Sen's movies, Babul Supriyo crooned songs like Surja dobar pala, Tum aa gaye ho and several others. Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta presented a special act on the occasion.“The path shown by Uttam Kumar and Suchitra Sen will take us a long way. This is our humble tribute to the legends," Prosenjit said.
We spotted AkritiKakar, KoelMallick, Soham, Chiranjeet, SohiniSarkar, IndraniHalder, PallaviChatterjee and TridhaChoudhury among others at the event. Moon Moon Sen and daughters Riya and Raima were conspicuous by their absence.
