Lakshmi is my first friend: Sanchita

Though Sanchita Shetty is now a familiar face in K-Town, she is not one who is spotted hanging out with her peers from the industry. However, things changed for the Soodhu Kavvum actress when she met Lakshmi Menon. The two girls, who met at an award function recently, have lately been displaying some TLC on social media. Sanchita posted a picture of the two on her social networking page and captioned it ���new BFF���.
Ask Sanchita about her new friend and she says, ���We both knew of each other, but hadn���t interacted much before. In fact, I was under the impression that an actress doesn���t get along with another actress. So, I chose to keep to myself when I attended film events. But when I was introduced to Lakshmi during an awards ceremony, I immediately got good vibes. We spoke so much those few days that now I can proudly say that she���s my best friend. In fact, she���s my first friend from the industry.��� Lakshmi, who had posted a picture of them, fondly called her ���chocolate babe���.
Meanwhile, Sanchita will begin work on her Kannada project shortly. ���I will be announcing my next Tamil film soon,��� informs Sanchita.
