  • S&P 500 (NYSEARCA:SPY) and DJIA (NYSEARCA:DIA) futures are up 0.3% and Nasdaq 100 (NASDAQ:QQQ) by 0.5% as eBay announces the spinoff of PayPal (eBay is currently halted from trade).
  • Europe's up nearly 1% after a fall in inflation to a 5-year low boosts hope for QE by the ECB, and Hong Kong again led Asian declines, dropping 1.3%.
  • The 10-year Treasury yield is up four basis points at 2.52% and gold is lower by $13 per ounce to $1,206.
