Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical (00587) said it entered into a TIOT model cooperation agreement with The People's Government of Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province.
Under the pact, Liupanshui City People's Hospital would entrust Hua Han with operation management power to operate and manage the project investments and supply chain management for medicines, equipment, supplies, reagents as well as medical outsourcing services of Liupanshui City People's Hospital.
The income earned from all of the projects including supply chain management for medicines, equipment, supplies, reagents as well as medical outsourcing services, entrusted operated by Hua Han after deducting the necessary operating costs, would be shared by Hua Han as to 68% and Liupanshui City People's Hospital as to 32%.
