Eligibility

General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Operation):

• the candidate must have a degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical Engineering with minimum experience of 20 years for GM/18 years for DGM post qualification.
• The maximum age limit is 53 years for DGM and 55 years for GM.

• the candidate must be a graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. with minimum 20 years post qualification Executive experience in a PSU/a large Private sector organization.
• The maximum age limit is 55 years.

• The candidate must have done MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in PIR/HRD/ Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 16 years experience for DGM/14 years for Chief Manager post.
• The maximum age limit is 53 years for DGM and 52 for CM.

• The candidate must be a graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. with minimum 16 years experience for DGM (Finance)/14 years for CFM.
• The maximum age limit is 53 years for DGM and 52 for CFM.

• The candidate must have a degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 14 years experience for CE/12 years for ACE.
• The maximum age limit is 52 years for CE and 51 for ACE.

• The candidate must have a degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering with minimum experience 14years for CE/12 years for ACE.
• The maximum age limit is 52 years for CE and 51 for ACE.

• The candidate must possess L.LB degree from colleges approved by Bar Council of India, with minimum 8 years for Sr.L.O./05 years for L.O.
• The maximum age limit is 48 years for Sr. L.O and 45 for L.O.
