Heiress Lydia Hearst has just finishing filming three movies, including one about a leukemia patient, which she says helped her personally.
“It was something that was . . . a little too close to home,” she said, referring to her dad Bernard Shaw’s passing last year from cancer. “In a way it was somewhat therapeutic for me to take on the role myself, being the person who was actually sick . . . It was a liberating experience.”
She also completed two horror films and will start another movie next week in the city.
