NAGPUR: Unidentified thieves decamped with 50kg transformer boosters, worth Rs5.23 lakh, from Mihan premises before September 21. The boosters were meant for supplying power to lamps fitted within the premises of a private company.
The latest incident, registered as compliant of theft at Sonegaon police station, is the second major case within Mihan premises. In July, firefighting equipment had been stolen from an under-construction company in Mihan area.
Till date, the firefighting equipment, worth more than Rs5.42 lakh, has not been recovered.
