The countdown’s begun; Cera India’s Best Cine Stars Ki Khoj powered by Glam Up is set to announce its winners.
After 13 weeks, the show, which is a definitive platform for aspiring actors, has its top six finalists, who, with guidance from judges Anurag Basu, Victor and Sonali Bendre, are now equipped to face ground realities of Bollywood.
And what’s more? The winners will make their acting debut in a movie written and creatively supervised by Mahesh Bhatt.
The filmmaker, known to have given a break to many newcomers, said, “It is great that today budding actors have access to such a platform where they can showcase their talent and grow from being just a face in the crowd.”

Bhatt added, “All I’d like to say to these young actors is that being a performer is not an easy job but what is most important is that you believe in yourself, stay courageous and don’t let that passion die within you.” Over the past few weeks, these contestants have impressed a host of Bollywood celebrities who had appeared on the show, including Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Jacqueline Fernandez. They have been trained by Terence Lewis and Avinash Gowarikar.
Cera India’s Best Cine Stars Ki Khoj powered by Glam Up will air its grand finale tonight and tomorrow at 9 pm on Zee TV.
