Sen. Coburn Introduces Bill to Clarify Requirements for FDIC Board of Directors Membership

Tom Coburn, R-Okla., has introduced legislation (S. 2852) to "clarify membership requirements for the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit insurance Corporation." The bill was introduced on Sept. 18 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Mazie K. Hirono, D-Hawaii.



The legislation was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
