Joe Hill, author of the fantasy-crime novel “Horns” (which comes out as a movie starring Daniel Radcliffe on Halloween), moderated an event at Porter Square Books on Tuesday night for writer Lauren Beukes . Beukes, who like Hill writes weird, awesome, and sometimes horrific tales, read from her latest release, “Broken Monsters.” Hill’s dad, Stephen King, was not there for the reading, but he did tweet about it, saying, of the lineup, “That’s some double feature.”
