ekasi Mayor Rahmat Effendi will soon submit a letter terminating the employment of the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) officer who has been detained for sexually assaulting two teenagers while on patrol in Jl. I Gusti Ngurah Rai in Bekasi, West Java.
While on patrol in the early hours of Monday morning the officer came across a 17-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl and he reprimanded them for being out alone together at night. He brought the pair to the Bekasi administration's office complex where he allegedly ordered the teenagers to take their clothes off in a basement in the complex.
He then allegedly forced the girl to perform oral sex on him.
'I will send a letter to the BAKN [National Employment Agency] and recommend that the suspect be removed from his position as a civil servant. I will make sure he is fired before the case goes to court,' Rahmat told wartakotalive.com on Wednesday.
The suspect was arrested on Monday evening and could face a maximum 15-year prison sentence under Article 82 of the 2003 Child Protection Law.
