Ram Charan is a lot like Chiranjeevi: Srikanth

Srikanth says Ram Charan shares the same attitude to work that his dad Chiranjeevi brought with him.
Ram Charan is a lot like Chiranjeevi: Srikanth
Srikanth is perhaps the only actor who has acted opposite the big four of Telugu cinema - Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh and Nagarjuna. Admittedly the actor wanted to star with the gen-next of Tollywood stars as well. So when director Krishna Vamsi offered him the role in Ram Charan's Govindudu Andarivadele he grabbed it with both hands.
"Having acted opposite all the big Tollywood stars of my generation, I felt it would be great to act with the current lot of stars as well.
With Govindud Andari Vadele, I achieved that unique distinction. I'm playing Bangari, a free spirited man who is at loggerheads with his father Prakash Raj. It's a fun character but has some negative shades attached as well," said Srikanth adding, "Ram Charan is a lot like Chiranjeevi on the sets. He displays the same enthusiasm and attitude to work that made his father a living legend."
Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal are playing the lead roles in this family drama directed by Krishna Vamsi. Prakash Raj is playing Ram Charan's grandfather in the movie. Kamalinee Mukherjee is also making a comeback to Tollywood with this movie set to release on October 1.
