Vaishali Deepak moves to Kollywood

Actress Vaishali Deepak may not have had her debut Kannada film hit the screens yet, but she already has bagged a film in Tamil. The film, titled Tharkappu, is directed by Ravi Lallian and she has been paired opposite Sathish Krishnan. She says, “I play a girl-next-door character, who carries full of energy in the entire movie. Since the character is very close to my real nature, I accepted it gladly.” She’s also making an effort to learn Tamil.“Though it is a new language for me, I am picking up the nuances already,” says the actress. In Sandalwood, she is currently working on Giriraj’s Tunda Haiklu Savasa.
