JAMMU, Sept 23: Government Degree College (GDC), Surankote organized Naat Competition in the college premises, in which around 10 students participated.
Dr Mushtaq Ahmed Lone, Principal of the College presided over the function.
Niaz Ahmed, Anwaar H Shah and Tanveer Ahmed, trio students of BA Part-I secured first, second and third prizes respectively.
The performances of the participants were judged by lecturers namely Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Shakeel Ahmed and Tanveer Hussain.
Among others present were Shiraz Ahmed Mir, Lecturer in English, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Lecturer in Arabic, staff and students.
The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Waseem-ul-Hassan, a student of BA Part-III.
