CM to visit Udupi, Mangalore on Saturday

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will visit Mangalore and Udupi on Saturday and take part in several programmes, including the review of progress of developmental works in Udupi and the inauguration of Mangalore Dasara at Kudroli Temple here.

According to an official communiqué, he will leave Bangalore International Airport at 8.50 a.m. and reach Mangalore airport at 9.15 a.m. He will inaugurate the renovated Gurupeetha at Bennekukdru Kulamahashree Amma Temple organised by Mogaveera Yuva Sanghatane (MYS) of Udupi and take part in the distribution of Arogya Suraksha Card introduced by G. Shankar Family Trust, MYS, and Manipal University at 11 a.m. followed by a visit to Brahmavara Block Congress Office. He will reach Manipal by road and review development programmes in Udupi at 2 p.m.

The Chief Minister will return by road to Mangalore and reach Circuit House at 5.45 p.m. and inaugurate Mangalore Dasara at 6.30 p.m. He will fly back to Bangalore at 8.40 p.m.
