3 reasons why Le'Veon Bell's 81-yard run was awesome even though it wasn't a touchdown

In the third quarter of the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Sunday night game against the Carolina Panthers, Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell put his team in great scoring position with a dizzying run.

He ripped through the Panthers defensive line like wet tissue paper and took the ball 81 yards before he was finally dragged down in the red zone.

It wasn’t a touchdown but it was still awesome for three reasons.

It was the longest non-touchdown run made by any player in the NFL in a pretty long time.

It was the longest run made by any Steelers player in an even longer time.

It was also the most yards given up on a run by the Panthers, ever.
