KATHUA, Sept 21: A huge traffic jam for four hours was witnessed at Lakhanpur today due to down convoy from Srinagar as all the stranded vehicles who had left the Valley for their destinations.
According to reports the traffic authorities were caught unaware of the huge rush of vehicles coming from Kashmir Valley which remained stranded there for over 10days.
As these vehicles reached Lakhanpur barrier it resulted into a huge traffic jam for four hours putting the people to grave problems.
