Aditi Rao Hydari replaces Kajal in Sudhir Mishra's film
Earlier this year, Kajal Aggarwal was quite kicked up about playing the lead role in Sudhir Mishra's upcoming film, Chandramukhi. In fact, the actress was supposed to join the film's shooting in Lucknow in September and all seemed to be going well, before she changed her mind. Trouble began brewing when the dates which Kajal had allocated for her film with NTR in Puri Jagannadh's direction began to clash with those of Sudhir Mishra's film.
In the end, the actress decided to opt out of Sudhir Mishra's film.
Meanwhile, the filmmaker has now roped in Aditi Rao Hydari to play the same role and she has already begun shooting for the film in Lucknow. "Lucknow! new beginnings... First day of shoot with @IAmSudhirMishra.butterflies in my tummy #BlessMe #ILoveMyJob(sic)," the actress posted on her official page. In the past, she had worked with Sudhir Mishra in Yeh Saali Zindagi back in 2011, and it was also her debut film in Bollywood.
On the other hand, Kajal is now awaiting the release of her upcoming Telugu film, Govindudu Andhari Vadele, in which she's paired up with Ram Charan. Krishna Vamsi has directed the film and it's likely to hit the screens on October 1.
