The Gloversville Enlarged School District held a pep rally to celebrate Latin teacher Charles Giglio shortly after he was officially honored as the 2015 New York State Teacher of the Year.
In this video, Giglio, a member of the Gloversville Teachers Association, led by Clint Wagner, tells students how he plans to keep in touch with them via Twitter on days he must travel in the coming year.
