ELIGIBILITY
Educational qualifications: Candidates should have a regular post graduate degree of at least two years in Social Work/Business Management/Administration/Human Resource Management/Mass Communication/Public Relations/Rural development/Environmental Science/Developmental Studies/Public Administration of from institutes or universities recognised by UGC/AICTE.
Experience: A. CSR Programme Manager - Candidates applying for this post should have acquired fifteen years of post qualification experience, out of which five years should be as the head of department or developmental project. B. CSR Programme Officer - Candidates applying for this post should have three years of post qualification experience.
Other qualifications: Candidates should have knowledge of English and Malyalam.
Salary: A. CSR Programme Manager: Rs 50, 000. B. CSR Programme Officer: Rs 30, 000
