MENDHAR, Sept 19: Nine vehicles including two buses are still stranded on Sakhi Maidan-Tappa road as R&B authorities have failed to restore this link in tehsil Mendhar of district Poonch.
Panchayat members from the areas have alleged that seven Sumos and two buses are still trapped on this road at several places for the last more than two weeks, as the concerned R&B authorities have failed to clear the road affected with the several land slides. While most of the roads in the Sub Division have been restored, the R&B has turned a blind eye towards this link.
