Anirudh gets Yesudas to sing for him

After roping in S Janaki to sing the Amma song in Velaiilla Pattadhari, it looks like Anirudh Ravichander has pulled off a coup of sorts. For the upcoming Vijay-Samantha-starrer Kaththi, the music composer has roped in legendary singer K J Yesudas to croon a number. Yesudas, who has been choosy about his projects, recently sang the famous Appa song in Sigaram Thodu.
Says a source close to the development, “Yes, it is true. Anirudh has roped in Yesudas to sing a soulful number titled Nee Yaaro from Kaththi. They recorded the song recently and Anirudh considered working with the legend a ‘divine’ experience.” Interestingly, KJ Yesudas sang for Vijay last in the film Kannukkul Nilavu way back in 2000.
It looks like the track list of Kaththi, is getting more interesting day by day. We hear that Sunidhi Chauhan has sung along with Vijay for the Selfie Pulla number.
