Daiwa House to reward patient employee shareholders

OSAKA -- Hoping to inspire workers to take the long view of raising corporate value, Japan's Daiwa House Industry will given them an incentive to hold stock in the company for at least two years.

     Companies rarely reward employees for being long-term shareholders. Daiwa House will consider adopting incentives for general shareholders as well.
