McDonald's declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.85 per share of common stock payable on December 15, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2014. This represents a 5% increase over the Company's previous quarterly dividend and brings the fourth quarter dividend payout to more than $800 million.

Texas Instruments (TXN) said it will raise its quarterly cash dividend by 13 percent, from $0.30 per share to $0.34, or $1.36 annualized. The higher dividend will be payable November 17, 2014, to stockholders of record on October 31, 2014, contingent upon formal declaration by the Board of Directors at its regular meeting in October.

W. P. Carey (WPC) increased its quarterly cash dividend 4.4% to $0.94 per share, which equates to an annualized rate of $3.76 per share. Payable on October 15, 2014 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2014, this marks W. P. Carey's 54th consecutive quarterly dividend increase.

IDACORP (IDA) approved an increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on IDACORP's common stock of 9.3 percent to $0.47 per share. At the new rate, the indicated dividend on an annual basis is $1.88 per share. The next quarterly dividend is payable December 1, 2014 to IDACORP shareholders of record on November 5, 2014.

Oracle Corporation (ORCL) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of outstanding common stock. This dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 8, 2014, with a payment date of October 29, 2014.

ConAgra Foods (CAG) approved a dividend payment of $0.25 per common share to be paid on Dec. 2, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2014.

Annaly Capital Management (NLY) declared the third quarter 2014 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable October 31, 2014, to common shareholders of record on October 1, 2014. The ex-dividend date is September 29, 2014.

American Capital Agency (AGNC) has declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share for the third quarter 2014. The dividend is payable on October 27, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of September 30, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 26, 2014.

And, Owens Corning (OC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend will be payable on Nov. 4, 2014 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 20, 2014.
