Courier firm owner alleges threat to life

Rambhai Mokariya, owner of one of the oldest courier firms Shree Maruti Courier Service Private Limited, has registered lodged a complaint with Ranavav police station in Porbandar district alleging that his life is under threat.

RAJKOT: Rambhai Mokariya, owner of one of the oldest courier firms Shree Maruti Courier Service Private Limited, has registered lodged a complaint with Ranavav police station in Porbandar district alleging that his life is under threat.
Mokariya, who lives in Rajkot city, has named Hari alias Hariyo Tukadiya of Bhod village in Porbandar district and three of his associates in his complaint saying that the accused threatened to kill him when he was passing through Varvala near Porbandar.

The courier firm owner further said that he had lodged a case against Hari and his brother in Delhi a few months ago as they had demanded ransom from him and had ransacked his office.
Mokariya is chairman and managing director of the company that was started in Porbandar way back in 1985.
